Monterey County Police Activities League (MCPAL) is a local non-profit organization (501 (c) (3); federal tax I.D. number 77-037-8704) in the Monterey County. We serve to provide youth with alternatives to gangs, drugs, and other criminal activities through a vast array of cultural, educational, and recreational programs and activities in the Monterey County.  MCPAL works to provide youth with enriching life-skills and leadership training in order to help youth succeed, so our communities can succeed.  Serving the Monterey County for 12 years, MCPAL is an important asset in the Monterey County for youth and community development. 

Our Mission is to:

“Combat youth crime and delinquency in the unincorporated areas of Monterey County by providing a common meeting ground for Sheriff’s Deputies and youth, providing facilities, equipment and positive adult leaders for youth activities.  Our activities provide youth with life-skills and leadership training as we serve youth in underserved areas, where need is greatest; helping youth succeed so community can succeed.”
